Before embarking on a major project or process implementation, let an infraWise senior consultant conduct an impartial review of your processes - the vast array of systems that need to "talk to each other" - and recommend a course of action. We are acknowledged industry experts at connecting the dots between processes, tools, and people, to achieve the efficiency and accuracy demanded by organizations today.

The infraWise Technical Services division is used by nearly every customer to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. Typically, this takes the form of creating a joint project plan. Depending on the complexity of the implementation, the project timeline can range from a few weeks to a long-term, part-time deliverable that includes the development of various interfaces.
Every new infraWise iWise customer receives several weeks of complimentary technical consulting and training services to make the project fly from day one.
InfoMan Customization, Support, and Development
infraWise, and its sister company IRC, are probably the best known source in the world for Information Management software, consulting, and expertise. Furthermore, infraWise has the distinction of being the first company to have invested in developing technology that allows for the successful migration of InfoMan-based applications and data to current tools and platforms. Our senior staff include the former IBM lead developer for InfoMan - the actual person who invented the PMF language - IBM-accredited product educators, and the former worldwide InfoMan product manager. Furthermore, the company has a vast knowledge base of InfoMan organizations, many of which are still IRC customers, who have built hundreds of InfoMan applications over the years. With this wealth of experience and knowledge, our consultants are ideally positioned to plan, guide, and execute the most difficult of InfoMan-related projects.
