What is Enterprise Resource Management?

This is a legacy term to describe the products and processes used to mange the IT processes of an organization. Since the advent of ITIL, the common industry term to address the same areas of IT operations is "Service Management." It is also referred to as "ITSM" (Information Technology Service Management) or even "ITM" (Information Technology Management).

What is InfoMan?

InfoMan is an abbreviation for the IBM/Tivoli software product Information Management for z/OS, and all previous versions of the same product family. How infraWise/IRC got involved with InfoMan can be viewed in the history section.
