iWise Client Management
It is extremely difficult to describe a painting in words rather than pictures. iWise software is a "see" rather than a "what." But we will do our best to describe it in both words and images. Below is a summary of iWise Client Management.
iWise Client Management is a customer management system that focuses on proactive, business-to-business relationship management. Its use increases the productivity of a sales force by efficiently structuring the flow and processing of selling, marketing, and relationship management activities.
Client Management uses an Enterprise Information Base (EIB) to maintain information about clients and prospects. Client Management uses the contents of the EIB to automate lead generation, telemarketing, direct mailing, territory management, quotation tracking, sales forecasting, and service level management processes. Client Management works with the iWise family of service management products.
Client Management uses a systematic approach toward relationship management by automating many of the required tasks, and by providing relationships between Client Management and related disciplines, such as incident and financial management. Client Management also provides reports used to analyze every area of the client management process, including call reports, sales forecasts, customer status, contact and address data, and quota results. You can report on any data entry attribute, including text.
Some of the key features of Client Management include the following:
- Dialogs used to build a profile of the client, which include contact dates, client status, and priority
- Dialogs used to manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and sales results
- A running history of changes to the client object that includes what was modified, when, and by whom
- Unlimited text entry for detailed notes on the client relationship and the purpose of each call
- Monitors that automatically notify personnel about pending follow-up calls, overdue calls, and incidents that a high priority client has submitted
- Letter report and label report interfaces to automate direct mailings
- Tools for territory management, including a mass-update utility
Client Management is integrated within the iWise structure. This means it uses the iWise data model, so if tables and products are defined for use elsewhere in iWise, some of these will be used to support Client Management as well. This integration within iWise also means a single EIB can be used to store all client, incident, change, asset, request, and configuration data. In this way you have the ability to perform true enterprise-wide administration and planning.
