Cary, N.C. – infraWise is pleased to announce that Dr. Eugene Ball, a leading expert in ITIL® processes, has partnered with the infraWise/IRC Group of Companies.

Eugene will be the Director of the Group ITIL Training and Consulting Division. Eugene has a Ph.D in mathematics and several post-doctorial studies in math and computer-related subjects, which were completed in 1977. For the next 18 years he held management posts at Unysis and The US Fedral Reserve Bank. Since 1995, Eugene has provided Service Desk consulting to companies and government agencies all over the world. He is a leading expert in ITIL processes and is ITIL Service Manager certified.
